At Killstar, we want you to be completely obsessed with your dark aesthetic; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware and tags are protected.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or credit has been processed.
